College Lessons

Here are some of the things I have learned during my Freshman Year of college. I will update it as I learn more things. So keep checking back :)

They are listed in chronological order.

#1) If you're going to dive and do the splits in ninja be prepared to wash grass stains out of your pants.
#2) Don't lock your keys, phone, I.D. card, and money in your room. Especially when your roommate is already in chapel and you can't get in there to get her key.
#3) Don't lose your money for textbooks.
#4) Buy as many books as you can off Classifieds. Its sooo much cheaper.
#5) Don't walk into the guy's bathroom if you're a girl.
#6) Sometimes, if you leave your laundry in the dryer, someone else will fold it for you :D
#7) Don't turn your fridge up so high that it freezes your milk.
#8) Painting the stage floor is fun.
#9) Be sure you know what classroom you're supposed to be in. Because its really awkward to sit down in a class and have everyone look at you weird because you're not in that class.
#10) Don't put too many clothes in the dryer. If you do you might come back later to find a note on the dryer door saying that the dryer broke and stopped mid cycle and that it smelled like fire.
#11) Don't spill liquid cheese when you're working at Chuck's.
#12) Don't burst onto the stage in the theatre without first checking to see if there's an event going on with a hundred people sitting in the audience staring at the stage you're about to enter on.
#13) Always keep something in your room to throw up in. That way you don't have to throw up on the floor.
